Bad customer service, went to purchase a chainsaw and strimmer but no one was interested in serving us. was stood around for half an hour waiting but all just sat around talking. Probably as they were more bothered about selling there tractors, so went elsewhere

Called in to Lloyds as I'd had a problem with the height adjustment on our Kobota ride on lawnmower. Within an hour and a half Andrew, a member of the service team was at our site to repair the adjustment. Excellent service, very helpful, lovely staff. Can't recommend Lloyds highly enough. Brilliant.Bryan. Cove Park warden.

Have machine with boom dropping on its own reported 07/12/18 and they cant attend till January we spend thousands with these guys poor customer servicce

Super helpful, requested a particular type of riding hat to try on. Kate got 2 within 1 day for my daughter to try on. Saved us a lot of trouble driving a long way to find what we were after. 5*
