I contacted Michal to service and fix my bi-fold doors (something that really needed doing). He was very polite and positive about how he would replace the old gaskets and realign the doors (to close the gaps at the top and bottom) so they would open properly. He advised the rods didn't need changing and was considerate of what needed to be done and thereby working to your needs financially, no pressure! He was conscientious of his work and left the area clean and tidy. I highly recommend him.

Michal really know his doors! Our Sunfold doors are not made any more and Michal found a manufacturer who make the part we needed. He went the extra mile to take time and get things right. He fixed the door and then made some modifications as the steel above the doors had sagged a bit. He is polite, tidy, on time and a good communicator. The supplier/installers of our brand new bifolds did a very bad job with our initial installation with problems that were immediately visually obvious (a dropped door and a big lean to one side when fully opened) and when I called them out on it, the response I got was ‘that’s just the way these doors work’…I called Michal on a Friday afternoon and was booked in for the Monday morning appointment which was very swift. He did an initial scan of the door and told me exactly what was wrong with it and within an hour and a half everything was corrected.Michal was very quick, professional, polite and knowledgeable - answering any questions I had and explaining what he would be doing exactly in order to fix the dropped door.I will be using Bifold Door Repair for any bifold maintenance services in the future.
