WARNING if you place an order BEWARE as they took my money and got no goods or refund! very very poor communicationI placed an order for some sinking Koi food on the 3rd October for £89.95a week later nothing had been delivered and had no contact, so rang them every day and left messages and got no reply, sent them emails and got no reply, eventually sent them a message via their facebook community page and then got a reply asking for my order number and proof of purchase, this was sent straight back and was told they would sort the order out ASAP.Over a month has passed now and nothing, no refund no goods or any communication.Basically Kin Koi have stolen my money it's only £89.95 but could have been a lot more.So beware ordering anything from this online shop, they are absolutely disgraceful*EDIT*In response to the owners reply, with the promise of a refund within 24 hours, it’s has now been another 48 hours and still no refund!!!Further still - I was not aware of a local lockdown when I placed the order more than 6 weeks ago, however, IF there was, you should not be taking orders that you can’t fulfil.

Got all me filtration system from these guys, came across friendly and knowledgeable, compared prices these were the cheapest around. Gud luck in the new business Elliot and Phill, thanks will defo recommend

Hopeless. Ordered a pump in October and cannot get a reply from this company for even an update. No replies to emails or calls. Now left to the bank to refund. Best avoided till they get sorted out.
