I didn’t end up ordering from Simply Floors, but was left really impressed with Kristine’s help in trying to source the flooring I was after. Very personable and I will definitely give this Company a look when I get to my next project of new carpets probably next year now. Thanks for your efforts.

We had 4 rooms, landing and stairway carpeted. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Very considerate, neat fitters. Great attention to detail from the design team. Very practical and valuable advice driven by experience in the industry. We felt like we were in really good hands. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from Simply Floors. Kristine was amazing throughout the whole process, and incredibly helpful with finding the right carpets and bathroom flooring for my project. The fitters were also efficient and professional, ensuring that all work was completed to full satisfaction.

The workmanship was very good, neat tidy and quick.However, I would not use this company again as they failed to turn up on the agreed date because I forgot to book the fitters" and they wouldn't honour the original quoted price with small discount.Only after I mentioned I would be leaving a review

I can’t recommend Simply Floors enough! After a frustrating experience with John Lewis, I contacted the SF team and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I was invited to choose the carpet from their amazing selection, had a guide quote there and then (good value for money), and was booked in for a fitting. The quality of the carpet and underlay was excellent, and the professionalism of the staff was unparalleled. Thanks so much to the team. Very happy customer!

We have used simplyfloors a couple of times now as we have been renovating. There team of installers have always been polite, clean and tidy and very professional. Kristine is clearly very knowledgeable and helped us choose our carpets. I would highly recommend this company.

Simply Floors
We had the whole of our top floor and stairs carpeted by Simply Floors last year. We’ve just had our living room done and used them again. Both times we can’t fault them. Kristine and Richard are very knowledgable and their advice is so useful. The fitters did an excellent job and are polite and professional. We are so happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simply Floors or use them again!
