We used Duane to solve a pest problem in our house. He was incredibly thorough, clean, polite, professional, knowledgeable, excellent value for money and reassuring throughout the entire process.We used several pest control firms before finding Duane, and he was by far the best we've come across. He was able to find the cause of the issue, solve it, and prevent the issue from returning, which several other pest control firms had failed to do.What we really appreciated was his calm demeanor throughout, which put us at ease during a few stressful months. He was also extremely clean, which again was a massive benefit of using Duane's services. Five stars!

Duane turned out quickly to help with two wasp nests (front and back) in the eaves. 24 hours later, all clear and we can open windows again. What a nice chap and a Brighton fan to boot. I had a pretty large wasp nest in my loft that was getting a bit worrying and I found Ratboy Slim (awesome name) through a friend and gave them a call and I made an appointment with Duane and the very next day he was here and had sorted the nest out within an hour. Duane came out to investigate some scratching we heard behind the wall, he fit us in next day and was very thorough in his investigations. He went all around the house, up in the loft and checked the manhole, and figured out quickly what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable and helped us resolve the issue with no problems since. Used Duane for a big mouse problem over the winter. Can't recommend him enough. He came on time and when he said he would. He was extremely thorough and completely got rid of the mice.Duane set out a plan, stuck to it, informed me about everything aling the way and it worked great.Will definitely use him again for any other pest issues.
