Just echoing what everyone else says, this dude's one of the good guys.I had a serious problem with the front door and couldn't leave the house as result.Firstly massive respect to Duncan for being a stand up gent and quality professional tradesman.For the amazingly fast service and the patience/ time taken to fault find.-the fix/ part that was needed he had there and then and although the job cost a lot more than I was expecting as a renter who doesn't normally need to pay anyone for repairs, I later priced it up for comparison for the landlord and Duncan's fee was excellent given the work he had done.He didn't seem in a rush even though he had other jobs to get to, no corners cut, did his best to explain to me every step and choices and options.Nice one Duncan you came highly recommended and I will pass on to amyone with confidence that you're certifiedMaximum respect
