I called Keith and arrange a check on my new property we agreed a price which was a fair and reasonable, Keith was professional kept me informed each step of the way. I received a detailed report showing exactly what work may be required and time scales, I don't really understand the 1 star rating on hear however Keith has the correct expert knowledge experience and is registered with the correct professional body, I would also like to point out I asked another servayer who is now retired and he said the report was detailed to the correct standard. I highly recommend Keith and would definitely use again if required.

Straight away we were put at ease with Keiths professionalism and quality of service.The innitial feedback straight after the report had been finished was in depth and constructive, he literally looked at everything!I would definitely recommend Keith to anyone looking to delve a little deeper into a property they're buying.

We live in Devon and asked Keith to prepare a Home Buyers report for a property we were purchasing in Nottingham.Keith surveyed the property within two weeks and we received a very professional and comprehensive report within two days.
