JJ were excellent from start to finish for the installation of our Hypervolt car charger. Our job wasn’t straight forward but JJ always responded to all of our messages quickly and took time to fully explain the job when many other outfits had ghosted us when they realised it wasn’t a simple task. The installation itself was a job well done and the electricians who came to site were on time, friendly and took the time to make a nice neat job. Being a small business in a big world can be scary. But James and his whole team were amazing from scratch. I wanted some infrared heaters for my studio, James came in assessed the whole situation, offered some wonderful advice on efficiency. His team installed the new system in ONE DAY!! Used JJ Electrical as they were a local company to install my car charger and I was not disappointing. They identified issues that other companies hadn't and gave a very fair pricing structure and worked around my availability to get the job done.Couldn't ask for better service from a incredibly knowledgeable company. I can highly recommend JJ Electrical - I contracted them to check the electrical installation of my house in preparation for sale. Friendly and easy to deal with. The quote was with me straight away. All works completed on time and professionally, and any remedial works were discussed and explained in full. Certificate issued promptly after.

I initially thought a really good job had been done, however two days later water was pouring through my kitchen ceiling which had only been decorated the week before! James initially came out to stop the water pouring, but since then he hasn't answered messages and I have a damaged kitchen ceiling and broken air fryer which was only a few months old. I would not recommend you use this company as if they make a mistake they do not rectify it! This has been ongoing for 6 months now, plus they did not issue the certification of the work done.I had carefully looked into what company to use and going on reviews thought this looked positive. I would not want anyone else to be in this position.
