Would not recommended at all. I pulled out of a lease after I had signed the offer because only at that point did I find out the name of the underlying lease company that had the WORST reviews I have ever seen. They did not ask me to pay a security deposit at the time of signing the offer and now after I pull out they are suddenly asking for it (£500 pounds). I won’t be using them again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Five stars for a FIVE STAR experience from first enquiry to delivery of car. Nothing was too much trouble with everyone we had dealings with. I would never use these again. I ordered a car last October 15/10/2016 for a mid March delivery. I was told It was a bit early but I shouldnt have a problem, I phoned up Yesterday 6/2/2017 for the car details for insurance etc and get told that it hasnt been made due to some sort of problem but I could pay more money for a bigger spec car. sounds like I've been scammed, I was told it wouldnt be a problem to cancel, which I did , I'd rather pay more money with another company than with them. Their loss ordering 3 more cars today.

First time I have leased a car but David was very helpful in sorting out the best options for me, one of two issues along the way which with the Christmas break did not help but in the end it was sorted although it took longer than was first indicated. Would I use them again yes I would, and I have already recommended them to a friend.

Terrible got charged extra for them picking up car late, challenged hire extra price which they took out of my account without my approval then ad it’s they made a mistake. Didn’t turn up to pick up car, wouldnt provide me managers email address for complaint and blamed me for living in countryside for guy not picking up car!! So many catalogue of errors couldn’t make it up. Would NEVER recommend based on my experience. Sum up in 1 word - shambles
