Phone broke so took it 2 weeks ago he charged me £70 for a new screen still doesn't work then proceeds to tell me it needs a connector cable so he fixes that then when he said the day my phone will be ready I rang him to see if it was done he said dinnertime so I go to pick it up to find out that it's still not working and he's gonna have to send it to samsung why not tell me this 2 weeks ago or while I rang to ask you about the phone, refused to give me a refund, wouldn't bother going to his shop cos its just ballache after ballache.

I think you need to pay staff a more decent and fair wage.I've seen more life in depressed people who can't get out of bed. I've had more communication from a lizard and a warmer welcome from the drop of a cliffe edge!I'm being generous and giving 3 stars because at first that eyore attitude was endearing and I can't comment on the service because I didn't get that far.I was given a day to come and have my battery changed and wasn't told that the battery hadn't even arrived til I checked later that day.Then eyore told me that my battery is no big deal to complain about because people are managing life with no food. As usual there was no further constructive communication about what was happening next and I'd had my time wasted... Already waited a week for that day to start with.People do rely on their phones as a lot is expected of them to get by and they use the Internet for this. People also have lives to lead and can not have their lives filled with forever making arrangements with eyore.

There Very expensive when they sell laptops for like double the price cash converters sell better laptops for a lot cheaper

worst experience ever. guy name MR. ABDUL" doesnt know anything regarding phones. majority seen him talking interest in girls but not phones lolz. gave my phone for screen repairing

i went here to get my screen fixed, they fixed it and something half covered the camera, they sorted that then a screw fell out, then they put a password on it and took it off now the password has blocked my phone again. I would NEVER go back here ever again.

Phone stopped working one month after use and seller offered a replacement phone. Also let me borrow a phone until the replacement phone was unlocked to any network. A+ seller, hope to deal with you again.

Never use this shop for screen repairs!!!! Sent a iPhone 11 for screen repair and 2 weeks later phone is water damaged because of cheap parts and non water resistant screens! The phone shop says I put water in it, it’s rained constantly for a week and yes phone has been exposed to the rain it was water resistant until you replaced screen! Now I’m left with non working phone and won’t replace or refund or anything! Maybe a trip to trading standards is needed selling items not fit for purpose!!!

Im so clumsy ive broken my phone screen twice when ive been in the area I always go to the phone shop he repairs my phone so quickly and it looks brand new again he’s so professional and kind!I love the customer service I get I will always be going back everytime i need to when im in the area!
