Had a day out with the family today and had a lovely time. The weather was amazing and so was the company. There are several car parks with several disabled parking which is free for blue badge holders and £2 for the day for everyone else which is very reasonable. As for the park, it's very clean and tidy. Plenty of bins and loads of benches for you to rest on. Several play areas for the children to enjoy with climbing frames, swings etc.We went to the on site café and something to eat and it's nothing to write home about. The food was okay but definitely NOT worth the price we paid. The drinks were okay but delivered about 20 minutes before the food. They are dog friendly as long as they are on leads and behave themselves. It's a bit cramped inside but there is plenty of outside seating. There are toilets round the sides of the café. I didn't go in so can't comment. The paths we used were pram and wheelchair friendly, maybe a little bumpy though. There's a river that is accessible so you can cool your dogs down in. Lots of open fields to let the kids run wild and tire themselves out.All in all it was a good day and would definitely recommend.Plenty if picnic benches dotted around.

My favourite place for a relaxing walk with the dog. Nature in abundance and many paths to follow.

Went to the Easter fair. Went early in the day so it wasn’t overly busy. Lots of families so it was really nice. Prices were fair and the attendants were having a laugh. Nice day out with the family. Even won a fish! A real fish!

Popular country park. Car parking is £2 for a day at this main car park although there are other car parks nearby that don’t charge.Great start for Witton Weavers’ Way Walks and plenty to see and do for all the family. There are plenty of play areas and some fee paying activities too.

We parked in tower road carpark which is free. Theres an ice cream van at the carpark (which is alot cheaper than the rip off cafe they have in the park). The kids play area was so disappointing it was all fenced off with danger signs so was a completely wasted journey. Nice place for a walk and there was some children playing in the river but don't head here with a playground in mind.

A lovely space to walk around. Lots of fields, a river running through it, lily pond, Go Ape for the adventurous. The cafe is really good, lots of choice and freshly made.Recommend for a day out, kids, dogs, everyone!

Lovely place for a walk with the dog. Varied terrains and different paths for different walking abilities and plenty of forest to explore.

Decent sized park, two separate play areas to suit all ages.... Woods/scenic routes to go on long walks, Lily pond.......but toilets dirty, cafe not open often and the stables/animal pens rarely open/used these days.

Really amazing place to spend all day alone or with family. :) Plenty of nice paths, long walks around surrounded by beautiful nature. You can buy there coffee, ice-cream, drinks.During weekend park and playgrounds can be bit busy.Cheep car park, lots of space. One star less for destroyed playground,(my kids was well disappointed!) which can be dangerous from inside playing there. I really hope it wil be fixed soon cuz it's amazing idea and got g potential and could made kids really hay and adventurous! :) please, please, please fix it!
