Michael Corbin, Centre Manager, was very polite, knowledgeable and very, very helpful. He did not give me the hard sell that other managers pressure you with. He advised on the job in hand and what to do in the near future to keep the car road worthy. Because of this, I will return to carry out further purchases next month and highly recommend him to friends and family. What else impressed me was that he was on his own and handled the pressure of servicing me and keeping on top of the phone calls and walk ins.

Had a blow working away 200 miles from home came to tyre pro they put a new tyre on straight away. Check all my other tyres and the pressure. Amazing servicefrom Micheal.Highly recommend this place

Great team, from start to finish, everything was explained, gave me a choice of prices and extras. Took an hour and drove away with a full set of new tyres, balanced and very happy

The manager Michael is very efficient and has worked there for more than 20 years, so knows his stuff.

My battery was under warranty but the staff couldn’t get through to your customer support to approve replacement of my battery. Then when l convinced them to charge my battery they couldn’t resolve the settings on my car that were effected by low battery. I had to bring it to my car macanic to sort it out

Excellent service once more! I am so impressed with these guys. Hard working ,professional, and my car tyres were checked very, very thoroughly. Honest feedback given, without any pressure to purchase anything. The manager should be given a medal because everyone was asking him things from all directions, but he never lost his cool, and remained assured and calm. Thank you. Always recommended.

Good friendly service, tyre change, balancing and free wheel alignment. Wheel alignment off so extra cost to adjust, but didn't have the trained staff to adjust. So have to comeback again when manager is there as he us the only person who can adjust. Tip: don't provide free wheel alignment if you cannot fix it too. Still not fixed and no contact 3 days later.

Originally my car was pulling to the left, i took it for allignment and they did the allignment but didnt fix the orginal problem, so the issue not solved when i took it back they say we dont doe wheel cast adjustment which was the ussue at first place, if you dont know what was the issue why would you cahrge me for something which i didnt need at first place. Un experience young kids shouldnt tuch the car unless under supervision. Waste of time and money for me.

Mis-quote over the phone by the manager that the actual technician on site corrected and got me 'out of jail'. I am a regular customer, have been for almost 20 years, but this was one almost disastrous mess. Going on holiday the next afternoon, taking the car to Gatwick Airport. Service done elsewhere, tyres found to be dangerous with quote given, phoned here for a price, my car is known here and was looked up on the system, quote was lots cheaper, I agreed to the price here, then turned up (after having to call to see if the tyres were in and a slot was available, the manager was supposed to have called me but hadn't). On arrival found the price I had been given was for FRONTS not REARS. Now my rear tyres were a lot MORE than the service centre but I had no choice but to take them as I had to have them put on for the following morning's trip. Not a happy bunny.
