I would definitely recommend Charlotte’s Nannies. As a parent, I’ve always felt a bit apprehensive about finding a suitable caregiver for my children. Charlotte put me at ease straight away: she was warm and professional and took the time to really listen to our needs…and she took time and care to find the right match for us. Our new nanny is just the right fit for our family: she shares similar values and parenting style and my children are already excited to spend time with her! I feel that Charlotte will always go the extra mile to find the right person for your family. Thank you, Charlotte!

I wish I could give Charlotte 6 ⭐️ !She went above and beyond to find us the perfect nanny. She was so communicative and proactive and her personal compassionate touch shone through. For example our nanny had to pull out 2 days before I went back to work due to ill health and she called us straight away as soon as she’d found out and was on the case to find us another perfect nanny straight away (on a Friday evening!). I felt like she was a great friend with our best interests at heart.She was also such a good middle man between us and the nannies ensuring both sides felt happy, knew the pov and circumstances of the other side. I honestly don’t know if I’ve experienced another service and customer experience like Charlotte’s Nannies. She was worth every penny and we now have the most wonderful nanny whom we absolutely love!! Thanks sooo much Charlotte :) xx

If not as an agent, I would keep Charlotte in my pocket as a friend.Attentive, caring, funny, wise all come to mind when I think of her. She knows exactly how to match the right nanny to a family due to her strength in observing. From one call, asking all the right questions she got my family’s needs down to a T and began matching straight away.Her communication is strong always keeping us updated and worked so fast to find a match.The only shame about Charlotte is that she was taken by another family, otherwise I would have wanted her!!!I recommend her for anyone new to the nanny journey as her guidance is amazing!

Charlotte was great to work with finding our nanny. We were looking for a full time nanny who could look after our baby who has a genetic condition which requires a lot of physio and special routine.
