purchased a a stunning Ford Focus from mmc. Jordan was polite, down to earth and friendly. Happy experience all round, even through the tough stages from the finances company side miss placing some paper.. these guys handled it all perfectly so that I could go home with the car same day.

Found a car a liked online and traveled over an hour away to view it . Lovley car although upon getting home there was a fault with the parking sensors ( that wasn’t told to me when looking it wasn’t mentioned at all ) , and a lot more scratches then first thought and a little chip in the window I hadn’t seen when looking round it , thought we’ll still a nice little car I won’t say anything but with this next bit thought I would make people aware . I was told when signing all paperwork that they would send off for a v5 as it didn’t have one and it would be sent straight to me ( I appreciated the gentleman ringing and taxing my car for me bare in mind it’s a tax free car ) . I have been waiting over 6 weeks now upon calling them after the 4 week mark they told me it was definitely done and would be with me shortly there has been some delays, I have done some asking myself the last v5 was obtained in June so not that long ago and no v5 application has been done in my name not happy at all to say the least .

I contacted Mill motors a few months ago, looking for a specific car and they have found me an absolute beauty. Everything I asked for was sorted and all looks top-notch. I’m really happy with the service, everything was smooth and Jordan and ash we’re amazing to deal with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Just purchased a Vauxhall Adam from these guys, which is my daughters first ever car, having just passed her test at age 17. She was adamant she wanted a Vauxhall Adam. We live in Skegness you see, and so there is distance involved from Mansfield to us. What a cracking experience of buying a first time car for our daughter. The Fiat 500 is an absolute gem and the service from start to finish has been fantastic by Ashley and Jordan.
