Heaven On Earth Imports

Nice place with a good choice of carpets, but does not seem to be a place for a bargain?

During a visit to Shrewsbury Folk Festival I popped into the shop and bought a beautiful rucksack from Mohammed at Heaven on Earth. It was not cheap but I figured I'm paying for quality. Sadly after 2 days the strap became loose. I checked online and the shop was closed as it was Bank Holiday Monday. On the Tuesday I rang Mohammed who was initially a bit defensive but then agreed to look at the bag and repair if possible. So I posted it.Mohammed repaired the bag so beautifully I cannot see where the stitching had come loose. He paid next day return postage and had a helpful attitude.Even though the bag stitching became loose initially, I would definitely buy from there again and have no hesitation in giving Mohammed 5 stars. It's a really gorgeous bag!!

We have just brought a carpet from Mohammed at Heavon on Earth in the Darwin Centre, Shrewsbury.A great selection of good quality Persian and Afgan rugs and carpets.Mohammed explained the different weaves, countries of origin,not just looking at the front, but more importantly, the weave at the back.A great service all around.Thank you Mohammed
