Purchased a couple of singles off of Discogs only to find the store was close to home. Popped in there today for the first time and was met with some of the best customer service I've had in my life.After a brief review of what I was looking for, they found the singles I was looking for and then some.One of the discs came with a poster that has that lovely new condition smell to it, despite the fact the CD was released in 1998.This place is an absolute goldmine and I genuinely couldn't recommend it enough.

This store has received my payment via PayPal but does not want to ship my record. Discogs has a glitch in their system and that are taking advantage since it says payment pending now for 9 days, PayPal says the seller has received payment. They will not give me refund or ship the record. BAD BUSINESS

Popped in for the first time in over a decade and it’s still as cool as I remembered.Prices are like for like cheaper than big high stores and the customer service and chat is better.Me and my daughter will be regular customers from now on.See you again soon.

More than a record shop! I walk in and find myself face to face with David Woodcock about to perform his new album [live] in its entirety. After the set I leave - completely forgetting that I'd intended to do my usual recce for Zappa and Vai material as usual. Fives is a real treasure trove CD-wise and competitively priced in the main. Worth a visit over and above bigger concerns:))

Brilliant record store, great selection of old and new. Family run business with a passion for music, where nothing is too much trouble! They are also champions for local and new upcoming artists. A great shop with great ethics, amazing customer service and a love for music!

Fives is one of the oldest most established record stores local to me. Their customer services has always been good, I often call them over the phone to check if they have vinyls in stock and there prices. They also offer to put them aside so either myself or a family member can collect them under my name. There is a real wealth of knowledge which you would expect from a record store which has been trading for such a long time. One of the best.

Enjoyed the selection of music and shop layout, not loads of vinyl but enough. Customer service was lacking though from the guy, and that was a shame as my first ever visit and vinyl shop purchase. Maybe pandemic took its tole on the atmosphere. Good vinyl luckily so that was a positive.
