Downend Business Community approached Cats Whiskers for Small Business Saturday 2014 to entertain on Downend High Street. We booked face painting and balloon modelling for 4 hours. From the booking process to the staff who attended on the day they were professional, highly skilled in what they do and looked the part dressed as Christmas Elf's! I would highly recommend anyone looking for booking children entertainment.
