Got my car a couple of months ago. Very professional service, left me alone to look over the car myself which is think is 100 times better than when someone stands over your shoulder. Great, friendly team. nothing was to much trouble.Very accommodating with time frames and ensuring MOT, service etc was done promptly.Aftercare has been great, car had a large dent in boot door which they arranged to get fixed and they also sourced and replaced faulty parts.Thank You N J Vehicle Solutions.

I can only say amazing things about Nathan! The whole process from me first showing an interest in one of his cars to buying it, and a couple fixes along the way has been so easy. Amazing communication and Nathan shows he cares about his customer and buying a car isn’t just a quick transaction. I bought a mini from them,stopped looked at it without any pressure twice then called back for a test drive just a quick license check and away ,they sorted everything for me, a fresh mot as it had 5 months left even though it had hardly done 100 miles since the last one, hopefully everything will go as good with the car as with the services we received. As a driving instructor I would have no problem passing on pupils when they are ready for a car

Reasons not to buy a car here...ZERO, NONE, ZILCH, NADA. I'm 50 years old and safe to say I've had good and bad experiences with car sales and what i deem to be important the after sales service. I recently bought a Renalt Clio for my daughter here and have to say the experience throughout the sales process from the team there was second to none. Upfront, honest and willing to listen to what was needed and then left to it without the usual salesman standing over you. We felt welcomed from the start. We had a small issue with the car after a month or so, I took it to my machanic (as I live a fair way from Bristol) it was fix and then the owner cleared the invoice without any issues that day and followed up with a call to make sure I was happy. In my experience of car sales process from buying brand new cars to an array of 2nd hand cars in my time I have yet to come across someone who's done it as good as these guys. In short Excellent service and have already recommended to family and friends, something I do not do lightly...well done!!
