Amazing experience! I am not one for going hairdressers as I am not the girliest person in the world but the service was amazing, the hairdressers I dealt with were very nice and chatty, very helpful in explaining the plan of action and the results that were achievable! Receptionist was lovely and helpful, overall experience of this salon was amazing and I shall definitely be going again!

The Colour Room charged me £254.50 for this. They did not deduct my £100 deposit from the final price, they added it on. I had a full head of highlights and a pink toner at the sink. They charged me for a colour correction I didn't have. I was totally unhappy with the result and they didnt offer to correct this for me, despite returning to the salon the following day. I was an unhappy customer. They have not offered a refund, or partial refund, despite asking for one. It has been 5 months of correspondence without a resolution or refund, so I am now sharing my experience.

It has been a while since I have been to the hair dressers, so long in fact that my intention was to donate over 12 inches of hair to the little princess charity for them to make wigs for children who need them. I booked an appointment online and I was very excited to be doing this. I was contacted a couple of hours before my appointment to be told that the person I had booked was not available for new clients and offered one alternative appointment! As soon as I said it wasn't suitable the response was oh well what a shame never mind! I was not offered alternative dates etc, but this particular hairdresser had an available appointment according to their booking system I just didn't meet their requirements!! More of a disappointment than you will ever know.

Nice salon and friendly staff however don’t think the price’s really equal the quality of work. Had to go to another Salon to have my hair corrected which has cost me again. Will not use again.

I've been having my hair done here for years now and I have always had a good experience and found all the members of staff I've interacted with very friendly.I change hairstyles quite a lot and I've liked them all so far.

Had my hair colored professionally for the first time and couldn't be happier with it, very friendly service from Kate. She talked me through everything and was just genuinely very nice to talk while having the treatment plus I think she did an amazing job at my stubborn hair too
