Hanover Shine

Booked an appointment with Robert Shine to view a premises at 1pm today. Upon arriving at 1pm Mr shine was inviting someone else in to view and I waited 10mins and then left, it was obviously double booked or Mr Shine is unsure on how to keep appointments. At 1.20pm I received a phone call from Mr Shine asking why I was there and explained, I was then called an idiot and was swore at. Not the most professional way of going about business. Pretty pathetic really. I would advise using someone else.

My husband and I were just married when we moved in in one of Hanover Shine property. The team is very professional and quick to respond. They take care of their part of the lease efficiently with no delays and always try to accommodate us.We welcomed a new addition to our family in middle spring and they have been really supportive. I love and would recommend Hanover Shine to anyone who wants a place to live well managed. I'll add, even if one day, when we move, there is a dispute over some of the deposit, I won't change my mind. We'll sort it out with respect and professionalism, like adults shall.Thank you so much Hanover Shine!

Finding a house or a flat is a big challenge for anyone in the UK especially in London. I am glad that I met hanover shine even before I came to London. From the initial stages of property viewings to the final steps of securing the flat, the team exhibited a level of commitment that exceeded my expectations. Their knowledge of the market, clear communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I appreciate the high standard of service they uphold especially Kim & Emily. DON'T USE. 3 and half years of good experience wiped out by their rip off practices. These guys deducted £230 from the deposit for the cleaning even though we gave them a professionally cleaned home. When we rented the property they said, that the check-in and check-out reports will be compared, but it was nothing like that. The inventory lady was trying to find every particle of dust in every corner which she didn't do at the check in. Who charges £230 for cleaning the 3 bedroom flat which was already professionally cleaned and £125 for jet wash of smallest balcony? This is highly unprofessional practice. Very disappointed with them. Only one lady - Fiona is very good. Very honest and lovely lady. Others are not honest. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES.

But the truth is, it was in a much better condition than what we had received.

They are very understanding people once you know how to speak to them properly. Any person that’s given a bad review probably lacked respect. Great company to work with

Overjoyed and almost in tears is probably the best way to explain how we felt after our biggest hurdle was removed by Robert and Kim, of Hanover Shine.We couldn't believe that after a brief request they obliged and sorted it out.The service, care, kindness and understanding was above and beyond.No other estate agency would ever give this perfect personal service. I've been ripped off by them before. I'd avoiding them.Update 12 Feb 2022: Hanover Shine claim I am a fake reviewer, I am absolutely not a fake reviewer. They took my money they had no right to.A good few years back they cheated me into paying a deposit + their fee on a property, to then be ghosted by them for over 2 weeks while I asked to move in. On checking the propery I saw other people had moved in! They refused to refund me their fee, on a property they likely had no right showing me in the first place. I thankfully soon found a better property listed by an ethical estate agent in Harrow.

The worst letting agent ever and BEWARE OF ROBERT!!! His a liar & a crook, tells you what you want to hear but once he has your money, your on your own to deal with your problems as he doesn’t do anything to help, if you do manage to get hold of him by miracle then he will tell you that his busy and will call you back but doesn’t call or reply back on emails. They don’t own up to their mistakes and always has excuses for everything but happily deduct as much money from you after rental.I now rent through David Conway agent down the road so far so good and they are very professional.
