Reading the other reviews I am sat here in amazement. This tea is the worst tea I have tasted! It’s watery and weak. It’s a funny colour and tastes of nothing. Did I get sent something different to everyone else? The tin is pretty I agree but I certainly wouldn’t have paid what I did just for a tin! Contacted the company and told them I was very disappointed and the unhelpful reply was to let the tea brew for 3-4 minutes! Blimey it would be stone cold by then! This tea no matter how you brew it is totally tasteless. I’m still very disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted money with this. Customer service is terrible too. Definitely will not recommend and will not buy again.

I ordered a couple of tins and a few boxes of various teas. They arrived really quickly and I’m delighted with them. I’ve bought them as gifts for a couple of family friends who love drinking all types of tea, as an alternative to a bunch of flowers when we visit.I also bought a tin of Earl grey tea for my brother in law and a tin for my husband to go with his birthday presents, because he’s a massive tea drinker and I thought it would be a bit of fun to buy him his own tin for work., as he’s a hard working Police custody sergeant! I’m really pleased with the ordering process, quick and easy!

I bought the Beatrix Potter mini gift set. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. The tins are super-cute, and the tea is AMAZING, especially the Earl Grey! SO much better than the usual shop-bought stuff. The aroma and flavour are of a far superior quality, I've never had a cup of tea which smelt so good!I will definitely be ordering more Earl Grey and won't be going back to the shop-bought.

bought the tins of teas as gifts for Christmas and very pleased with them - especially the poppies & skating on ice tins. Gr8 that they were delivered to my home too. will buy again.

I received my Alice in Wonderland tin full of English teas yesterday. Lovely tin, lovely teas! Great service too! I knew exactly when my goods would arrive and they did, right on time! Would recommend this company every time!

+I live in Canada and got one of your decorative tins for Christmas, I fell in love with the afternoon tea and ordered 10 bags of 40 tea bags. the order came in just over a week later the only complaint I have is I thought there would be strings on the tea bags but not a big problem the tea is still delicious tho I'm not quite sure it's the tea that was in the tin I got but it's still really good . The earl grey tea is lovely, I bought a tin and am hooked so have purchased some refills from NETeas. It took a long time to come though, about 10 days which seems a lot since I was charged a hefty postage too !

The order was dispatched very quickly and it tasted even better than I thought. The tins are absolutely gorgeous and will be displayed in the kitchen when I have finished with the tea. A good selection of teas and each one is quite different.

Love the tea and the caddies. Shipped super fast from UK to midwest USA. Excellent quality, don't believe any reviews that complain about the quality when they obviously don't know how to brew a decent pot of tea.
