Matt & Connor arrived this morning 6 Nov 2023 as planned to install my downstairs loo basin and radiator. Having been let down by 3 other plumbers I rang up in desperation. They're the only plumbers that keep their promises, they keep in touch and. step up to any challenge. They also tidy up afterwards. Nothing is too much trouble. They are problem solvers. Serviced our boiler, fitted a hob and capped off an old gas fire. They arrived on time, were polite, friendly courteous and professional at all times. Unfortunately our oven is quite deep and it wouldn't go back in. Rang them and they rescheduled other work to come back the following morning to remedy the problem at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

Nathan was really helpful came out to fix a leak after having a heating pump replaced. Came out quickly and out of hours to fix the issue. Worked quickly but efficiently. Fixed the leak and even if asked if I would like a courtesy call to make sure it wasn’t leaking any further. Would highly recommend.
