Went in yesterday it was busy as usual that was not a issue what stunned me was a lady with blonde hair and red lipstick with a accent I think her name was Bianca. she’s very unprofessional that works there goes to all of us in the que who who we’re trying on things it would be nice if you brought something because the rails are just stacking up and then a customer who had nothing to return to the rail she goes we want these types of customers and when ladies were putting clothes away on the rail she’s just huffing and puffing. The next time I went in the que such a different experience a young lady Aaliyah was so polite and kind yes it was busy but she made was kind. Thank you

For a company in retail not to sell an item off a mannequin is unbelievable and then say we have it in our Nottingham + Birmingham stores when I’m in Leicester store at 5pm on a Sunday night also spending £70 in said store and get really bad customer service along with that is beyond a joke.

I've never met such cold, dead in the eyes staff. They just don't care, they don't ever smile, they barely even speak. Maybe this is a problem with management? I don't know, either way it's just awful.

The staff are unapologetically rude when informing a customer of something. The store claims to open at 10:30, so I was shocked when I entered the store to see no helpful staff members. I tried to return some items and was turned away saying we won't take purchases until 11". They either need to be ready to open at 1030 like they claim or don't open the doors until 11. Disgraceful"

So there is a lot of lovely stuff to see in the castle and a rich history. However there is a vast amount of castle not open to the public. This side of it can be done in an hour or so. This means the majority of the activities are walking round the grounds. Frankly some aspects of this has seen little to no effort aesthetically and a tad disappointing and if it was wet weather would be unpleasant

Estefania was so sweet assisted me in looking for what I was looking for with just an explanation and no pictures. And got me the best jeans for my birthday dinner!

Once again a frustrating and annoying experience trying to buy menswear at Zara Highcross Leicester Long queues at every paypoint with only one lone cashier at each.Why oh why doesn't the management of this store sort out a separate returns point.Plenty of staff milling around the store but not on the checkout.Can't understand the business sense of making people wait to give you money whilst dealing with returns.Great clothes, terrible checkout experience.Maybe the management should take a look at how Primark manage their checkout experience or take look at the Zara flagship store in Barcelona different again.

I was surprised to see that the queueing time yesterday wasn’t so bad at all compared to other days .The person who served me behind the counter was a kind lady with a big smile and white earrings , quick and behaved very formal . All the staff has the same clothes and very clean looking ! The cleanliness of the store is on point as well . Let me say that I am definitely not very happy that Zara is charging 10p per bag when they are made of PAPER .

Amazing place to shop , excellent customer service today in the fitting rooms and cash desk . Even though there were queues due to the volume of customers the staff is moving quickly and are effective .
