Not impressed. Booked a taxi for 5 people and a car to seat 4 turned up. Had to get out of at Crynant and have my father take me to Neath. £18.50 from Cwmllynfell to Crynant - extortion. Driver was a nice guy but not what I’d ordered and made me look stupid. I ordered a taxi not to inconvenience family… Won’t use again.

Last night in poor weather I had the misfortune of having a double flat on the A4067. I got the car to someones drive and stopped across it. My usual breakdown service could not respond until the following day. I was lucky that the house happened to be owned by the boss of SA9 Cars. A lovely man, who got his tow truck, took my car to his workshop, opened it up up, and this morning fitted new tyres at a very competitive price. I cannot thank him enough for helping me out..

SA9 provide a friendly taxi service in Ystalyfera and Ystradgynlais… if you’re lucky enough to get a cab.It really is 50/50 whether or not they can pick you up and so it’s totally unreliable. At no point can you plan with the idea of getting a cab home. It’s worse because they are the only working cab firm in the area, so it’s SA9 or nothing. Often, that means nothing.When they can pick you up, I have no complaints. Reasonably priced, clean vehicles, very friendly drivers… but what is the use of that if you cannot ever guarantee they’ll be there. Sadly a 2 stars for a company that could easily get 5.

Absolutely atrocious company. Booked a bus a few months ago only to have a car show up. Then tonight had a bus booked for 7.30. Booked it last week even had a confirmation text but this time they failed to turn up at all. When I rang I was told it was a ring and book on the day service. Will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I.ve only given it 1 star because it won't let me post without any.
