Brilliant really friendly people who helped us get the kitchen of our dreams.

A major upgrade of my bungalow resulted in the rebuilding of the old separate dining room and kitchen into one kitchen/dayroom, which can also be used as a kitchen/diner. I had a reasonable idea of how I wanted the finished kitchen layout to look like, but not the precise units or dimensions. After visiting a couple of other kitchen showrooms (with whom I was not overly impressed) I brought my sketches here to Lisa at Bay Kitchens Supplies. She made some suggestions and showed me possible ranges, combinations and colours. She then set about compiling computerised plans and added a few surprises for me, including an idea for the hob splashback. With a few tweaks, the plan was accepted, together with another plan for a rebuilt conservatory which acts as my utility room as I wanted the kitchen to be laundry-free.I used a local builder to do the installation, who did a very good job but it took him rather longer than he had expected, possibly testament to the quality of the kitchen and effort required to craft and assemble.The units are from the LochAnna range, electrical appliances all from the CDA (Nottingham) range. They are all performing well and needless to say I am delighted with the whole project. Thank you Lisa for your time, effort and indeed friendship.The photos attached show the before and after views.If you're considering a new or upgraded kitchen, do pop in to see Lisa. The prices are fair and the quality superior to the DIY chains. Fitting can be arranged if you don't have your own installer. I don't think you will be disappointed.

We have now used Bay Kitchens TWICE and only have great things to say about this amazing company. If you are looking for high quality materials and service, then I would absolutely recommend Bay Kitchens. Their customer service is next level with amazing design consultations and regular feedback and updates. They firstly helped us create a stunning extension to the existing kitchen which has become the heart of the home and we used them again to design and install a mini bar using a butlers pantry cupboard. Right from the start we found Bay kitchens a lovely business to deal with. Lisa and Gemma in the shop were terrific with the designs and helping us make our choices from a wide range of everything! Always there to amend decisions and offer suggestions We found the whole process made easy although I don’t think we always made it easy for them! The design drawings and illustrations were great in helping visualise the end result. We made it more difficult for them because we ordered the kitchen in the March but didn’t want it fitted till the November. However they coped admirably with these circumstances.When it came to the fitting Andy and the lads did a wonderful job and the end result is a delight for us.If you are considering a kitchen then I would highly recommend Bay Kitchens and Lisa, Gemma and Andy. Having compared many kitchen businesses you often will only get what can be fitted in, not a real design service. The Lochanna units are excellent and well made and finished and the whole service comes at a comparable price when everything is taken into account.

We chose Bay Kitchens from among several companies and are really pleased with our choice. Our LochAnna kitchen is very good quality and was expertly fitted by Andy and team in early 2023. Lisa was the design expert and helped us refine our ideas and came up with a practical yet stylish kitchen that always get admiring comments and looks. The after sales service is equally good - (minor door adjustments by Andy) and it is reassuring to know that Bay Kitchens are close by in Paignton. There were no high pressure tactics when we were buying and we were pleased that Lisa challenged some of our ideas to prevent us making design mistakes and we enjoyed the whole experience. We recommend Bay Kitchens to anyone looking for a quality kitchen and value for money.
