She made my daughter feel at ease at each stage of the procedures and always provided detailed explanations of everything that was done. I would highly recommend her and the clinic! Had to be the worst place ever. Started with the angry receptionist who took 5 mins talking on the phone before attending to us. Not even an hello, she when straight to asking us to sign a form. My 3 years old said hello and she just looked at her and frowned. My 9 years old even noticed and ask if its because we were black as she was not happy to see us. After been called by in. We only spent 3 minutes and they dismissed us saying we do not qualify and we should come back in 4 to 5 years. I have seen 9 years old have braces before and I could not understand. I tried to explain that we were seeing by a dentist who said my child needed braces and refered us. I even tried to take video so I can explain when I go back to the other dentist. I was told not to. Its was such an horrible experience for my kids who took time off school and were looking forward to going to see the dentist. I would not recommend and will not be back.
