Took over from our installer which went out of business. We have been trying to get hold of them and left message after message but nothing.

Had awful problems with this company and getting their quotes through on the green home grant. This company is the local supplier of SAHP (solar assisted heat pump) kept messing up the application process, do not have a direct phone number available and have now received a phone call, from green homes grants, saying this is NOT available on it. Total waste of several months

I would avoid using this company at all costs. They fitted my solar panels and done a good job but as it was a building in progress they had to come back to do the final fix. This was all in the contract. Now I’m ready to have the final fix they will not answer my emails and Tom Mawer has told me “ you made us wait for so long you can’t click your fingers and expect us to come running “ He then proceeds to tell me that there is a shortage of inverters. I have checked with their supplier and there is no shortage.I have made a deposit and second payment as contracted to do. The inverters were left with me but not installed. I was asked if I minded ( despite paying for them) to be used on another job as mine wouldn’t be installed for some time. I foolishly agreed as the sales guy seemed a real decent person.Unfortunately it looks like I’m going to have to use a different contractor to complete the install and make a claim through the small claims court.

This company installed an SAHP (Solar Assisted water Heater) in our home under the government grant scheme eighteen months ago. The appliance has gone wrong and we have been trying to contact them for weeks without success, apart from a few emails from someone called Morgan Edwards assuring us that someone from the company would contact us. Their work should have been guaranteed, thats why we wasted time trying to get them. Due to this, and the fact that not many engineers are qualified to deal with these water heaters, by the time we hopefully get it repaired, we will have been without hot water for 5 weeks! It's costing us almost £1000 to achieve this. I would strongly advise against using this company for anything, their customer care is non existent. One star is too much.

Fake company, trying to charge my Nan for admin fee's

Green homes grant scheme...solar assisted heat pump SAHP what can I say...unbelievable! Turned up at 09.30am gone by 3.30 pm fantastic neat job to perfection...200 litre one we had installed took till 8.30 pm to reach 55 but from next day on constant hot water at source instant much quicker than combi quiet operation takes up no room in garage combi now runs heating only.Dial on gas moved just once electric 6 units in a day? What’s going on for Christ’s sake how’s it working?Costing nothing to run.I know a lot of people don’t believe these reviews so here’s what to do....contact DC Energy ask for my mobile contact...Mr Yelland and call me ...visit the Norfolk Broads and see for yourself the installation.I can switch from the heat pump back to my combi for hot water with the twist of one lever!This thing is virtually free in the summer.My photovoltaic roof panels provide the power to fire it up and the basic elements to run it!No solar? The electric costs are merely to show you the temperature. Contact SAHP get the booklets sent out contact dc energy to install.

DO NOT USE!!! DANGEROUS INSTALLATION!!Had batteries installed onto my solar system by them took them 3 attempts coming out to get it right because didn't know where the wires were ment to go. Few months down the wire the system keeps tripping and could hear sparks from the system and smell burning.Funny now they don't pick up the phone or cate. Avoid like the black death.
