You are fully aware of the reason which I attempted to discuss with you before I had to hang up as you screamed down the phone about 'doing nothing wrong'. The call was to arrange for you to actually provide the service you charged for yet did not provide (which you have admitted was your error). I do not wish to help your business when you were given the opportunity to have this discussion and resorted to shouting. I have still been charged for something that was not given, yet would rather leave my money than deal with this business again. A real shame.

This is a great shop with a good range of bikes and equipment, that would give it a solid 4 stars normally, but they also have Stefan. Stefan was manning the shop on his own when we came I looking for a bike for my teenage nephew. It was close to closing time, but to say he went the extra mile is an understatement! Having taken us through the stock options and showing the types of bikes, even seeing when we could get others in by calling suppliers, my nephew settled on a bike that was in stock at closing time. Obviously the legally required checks needed to be done, so normally that would be a wait till tomorrow job. But Stefan, called his friend, said he’d be late for their plans, and stayed on just to run the checks there so we could leave with the bike.He then proceeded to tweak and check it making it tip top, before handing it over to an excited teenager! So good shop, recommend, but Stefan you’re awesome! Thanks so much for everything! You’ve made buying a bike totally stress free and we left with confidence in a good bike and money well spent!

Multiple punctures on the Rebellion Way had us take a pit stop at Richardsons in Kings Lyn. Top notch bike shop with friendly people. Recommended

Was passing through Kings Lynn just as both tubeless tyres had a tear, popped into Richardsons and they were so helpful, replaced both tyres within 45 minutes and saved the day. Knowledgeable and great service. Thank you again.

Excellent quick replacement of snapped gear cables, gave us some practical advice on what we should do at home to fix the problem but got us back on the road ASAP and very cheap. Really friendly mechanic (didn't catch his name but was working this morning 19/11/22) who was extremely helpful. Shop had all the parts/ kit you could need from a local bike shop, if we lived nearer I'd make this my regular shop!

Turned up today with a cracked tyre. Stefan sorted it out all instantly and quickly. Basically saved the ride day for me and our group. Patched it up. Even sorted a few other things out like chain lube and loose wires. All for reasonable price. Would recommend you'll be well looked after

We were doing the Rebellion Way and I got a ripped tyre on a flint. We went in on Saturday morning and the service and advice was excellent

Chapeau to Stefan. Riding the Rebellion Way and bottom bracket was playing up. Replaced bb and chain lubed and bungee given free to secure trainers to pod sac. £30. Top top service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very knowledgeable and heldpul service. All repairs have been carried out to the highest standard at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
