From the very first appointment with Courtyard Bridal I had the most wonderful experience. The girls are welcoming and fall over backwards to make sure you feel comfortable and make sure you pick the right dress for you and your big day. I also purchased my veil and hair piece at following appointments and it just made the process so easy. I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone. It’s clear to see that everyone at Courtyard Bridal loves what they do and are extremely passionate and that makes such a huge difference to the customer experience. A big thank you to you all.

I cannot thank Rhiannon, Bethan and Hanna enough the truly amazing and wonderful experience I had with Courtyard Bridal. I first met the ladies nearly 3 years ago (thanks Covid for the postponement!), and from the very get-go they were so warm, friendly, and so bubbly which made me feel super relaxed and confident when looking for the perfect dress. I ended up purchasing a dress that was in the sale, which I then took back earlier this year to be adjusted by Hanna to fit to my size ahead of my wedding in April 2022. Hanna did an absolutely amazing and faultless job and I felt so confident and beautiful in my dress. Throughout the whole experience, all of the ladies were so kind and thoughtful and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would recommend Courtyard Bridal 100x over, I have been to other bridal shops with friends for their dresses and the service and quality just doesn't compare. I cannot recommend Courtyard Bridal enough. I had the most wonderful experience choosing my wedding dress. Every member of the team we had the pleasure of liaising with was fantastic, from the first appointment with Rhiannon and Bethan through to my fittings with Hanna. The range of dresses and accessories was excellent and they were really respectful of my budget and ideas.

Very knowledgeable staff with years in the industry. They were able to adapt designs to the style I was going for and make really helpful suggestions! Welcoming, kind and patient when i changed my mind! Would highly recommend for a wonderful wedding dress experience.

I couldn’t be happier that I found my dress at Courtyard Bridal Boutique. From the moment I had my first appointment, Bethan, Rhiannon and Anne were so welcoming and helpful with their advice and recommendations. I said yes to the dress really quickly, a completely different style to what I thought I’d originally go for, but that’s the beauty of the boutique and the team there. They have so many gorgeous brands to choose from and their friendly manner and expertise is unparalleled.I had such a lovely, bespoke experience each time I went for a fitting. Anne and Hanna are so skilled with alterations, I knew I was in safe hands and felt so beautiful on my wedding day thanks to them. The team were also so adept at adapting to COVID-19 regulations, adapting their wonderful store as needed and being so accommodating when I had to push back my original wedding date.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Courtyard Bridal to any brides to be. You’re guaranteed a brilliant time throughout the whole process - the team’s personalities are infectious and there is nothing more special than finding your dream dress surrounded by people that really care and love what they do.

Well, where can I start – after making my first ever bridal appointment back in summer 2020 I met the lovely Bethan who helped me into several dresses, taking into consideration all my points from the last dress and the one before until she surprised me with a dress I wouldn’t have considered originally.Baring in mind we had lovely masks given to us at our appointment as it was during the pandemic I almost couldn’t catch my breath and thankfully the mask hid my emotions but only for a moment, as when Bethan zipped and buttoned up the surprise dress I knew it was the one and tears started to flow, thankfully caught by the mask too but wow I really and finally knew what ‘the feeling’ was all about.The ladies that run this shop really are naturals at finding the right dress for you, and I can’t thank them enough for making me feel like part of the close knit family they are and for telling me that no alteration or fitting is too much or too little, they really do take everything into consideration and without them, I wouldn’t have found my dream dress.Bethan really did go the extra mile and as us brides may do, whenever I had a wobble she was right there at the end of the phone for me working away on numerous designs and ideas and I was lucky enough to have her see me into the dress on my special day, which 2 years later still felt like the first time I tried the surprise dress on.If I could, id do it all over again and x10 more, Courtyard bridal has such a wonderful and cosy, confident feel to the place and I couldn’t recommend it more.Thank you sooo much again xx

If your in need of some fairy godmothers this is the place!I would say the best bridal shop I have visited and this is for their range of dresses, decor, location and exceptional customer service.I am not the bride (but wish I was again) however a friend of mine was in a difficult position and had issues with her first wedding dress purchase - not from here!With a week to go before Christmas 2021 and just four weeks to go until the wedding we needed help! I called the shop knowing what sort of style and look we were trying to achieve, I spoke to Rhiannon who was beyond amazing and so lovely. Immediately was on board to help we were dress shopping on-line so I could see the dresses for my friend and I just knew one of these would not only be a make do dress but would be her dream dress and knock the other one out of the park. I spoke to Rhiannon several times that day each time she was kind, attentive and so helpful and after calling other boutiques before this one I just knew this was the perfect place to go.So we did! Again Rhiannon went above and beyond and fit my friend into an appointment in a couple of days time. When we arrived we were greeted like long lost friends it really was lovely.Thé boutique is just beautiful and each dress is just stunning (I only wish I had come here for my wedding dress 6years ago). We tried a few dresses, each one stunning, completely spoilt for choice until we got that special moment and the happy tears of this is ‘THE’ dress. Rhiannon then continued to amaze us by giving so many options to finish the dress perfectly, we were not rushed at all just so attentive.From then Rhiannon again stated to pin the alterations so they could get started for her wedding in early January. We added a few accessories as you do and just the whole experience was just amazing!My friend is over the moon with the dress wish we had gone there first of course but so glad we went there at all. I have never known someone to go above and beyond that much. It’s such a lovely family run business and I would recommend any future brides to go here you will find your perfect dress and be treated like a princess.Reading some of the not so nice reviews I can only imagine these are fake as everything we have experienced is in another league! I am very particular with good customer service and these wonderful ladies have rewritten the book on how to excel in it. Go here and find your dream dress you will not be disappointed. I bought my wedding outfit from Courtyard Bridal and I had the best experience! Bethan and Rhiannon are such lovely people who made me feel very special, their service was exceptional and they helped me get everything ready for the big day. Their seamstress Hanna also fitted my outfit to perfection and I was very happy. Would 100% recommend to friends. Thank you ladies! X
