The ties are quality and the website is easy to navigate as you can search the code of the tie which will then respond with multiple designs of the tie in the same design you're looking for.However, only downside I can see and something they can improve on is the returns form which is very basic and doesn't look professional. Another point to add to that is they don't have a free returns label which means if you want to return an item you will be charged eachtime.

Amazing selection and great quality ties! I really struggled to find the perfect shade of pink ties for my hubby and the best man at our wedding. They sent us a few free samples of different shades i requested and i was able to get the perfect colaur to match my bridesmaids for the day.

Bought a batch of ties and sadly this means I am now aware of this great company and their value and their exceptional service means I am hooked. I don't review much but feel that in this case I need to support such a brilliant shop.I am blown away by their value, my expectations were muted given that the price point tempered what I perceived I would get. I was wrong. Having taken their ties into certain branded places I'm finding it hard to understand why others charge £50+ for similar woven silk ties etc. The quality differential is not easy to spot if at all. These guys offer a great fast service. Ordered the first ties came within three days in total and largely my fault as missed delivery. All in all I highly recommend them. Make sure you pay attention to sizes and descriptions. I think people don't realise that they attire children and the ages and sizes are very clearly marked. Either way this is an excellent shop and an excellent service. Looking good is really within most sane peoples reach. Sure you could spend a lot more in places with fancy names. But frankly these guys have my business from now on. Tks

Brilliant products, even better customer service. I can't praise tiesrus.co.uk enough. I used them to buy ties and pocket for my brothers wedding. They had a great selection of colours and plenty of stock. The best bit about this business is the customer service though. They got above and beyond.So I also bought matching bow ties for my son and young nephews. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong colour. I returned them and got a refund without any fuss. I then ordered them again and again picked the wrong colour (i was in a rush and the wedding planning was chaos). The gentlemen who I phoned about the returns, checked my replacement order, checked the order I had placed for the adult ties and noticed i had ordered the wrong colour again. He then updated my order and made sure the correct colour was sent out to me.

Jason was really helpful. He did all he could to help me get the colour of tie that is been searching for for ages. Will 100 per cent use the site again, as delivery was quick too.

I ordered 2 x ties (made in China) that are poorly stitched. The loose stitching came apart quickly and when I highlighted this to the copmany, they sent me out a new one straight away...same thing will happen to this...I can see the open stitching...tie won't last.

The quality of ties are unbelievable. I wanted kids ties for my wedding which would be the same quality as adults, TiesRUs haven't disappointed at all on the colours or quality and the service was absolutely excellent! Ties arrived quickly and I am just so pleased with them!
