Had a watch serviced and what great service and very pleasant people

My partner took my nans wedding ring in to be reshaped and polished. They did an incredible job. We went back twice after to get a wedding ring and necklace as their welcoming and there is no rush. We will go back again

Had a ring resized up. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, as I know nothing about it. It was done quickly and was good value as well. The ring came back in great condition and fitted perfectly. Can definitely recommend

Excellent honest service.I needed a repair to what I thought was an expensive brand of watch and was given a quote.I was informed on collection that it was a good copy.The charge was significantly reduced.Good friendly advice on repair to a clock.No hesitation on recommending.

I took my new wedding ring into this amazing jewellers as it was too small - they measure my finger and made sure the fit was comfortable for me and then gave me a quote! The ring was ready to collect quicker than I thought which was amazing and the service I received from them was honestly beyond spectacular- I now have my beautiful ring back and looks shinner and prettier than before - I can't thank or recommend them enough xxx

Really upset and let down!Took my expensive diamond engagement ring in for re-size. Was told 42 pounds and I would wait 10 Days. After 2 weeks finally got a call to pick it up. Ring was STILL the incorrect size was demanded to pay 62 pounds?? And to top it all of all the hallmark was missing? So what we are left with is a ring that doesn't fit with no hallmark and we are down 62 pounds. Really upsetting. Store owner said it's our fault because of the weather??? Took no responsibility at all then said he wants more money to correct it. We dont even know now if it's even the same ring due to the hallmarks missing. Absolutely gobsmacked and let Down my partner is very upset. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ab fab advice. Really great folks. Quoted me far less than another jeweller and was, I felt, much more honest. Really helpful.
