Completely professional team and great service. Got an upgraded car on my first visit. Highly recommended.

The team worked hard to help me get the extra vehicle I needed, and was understanding of our delay on return due to crashes on the motorways. They drove us to the train station as well. I'd rent a vehicle from them again.

I would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car. The rental process with Enterprise was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that everything was in order before I hit the road. The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and easy, and I was impressed with the level of professionalism that I encountered throughout my rental. The Volvo XC90 is an incredible vehicle. From its sleek exterior design to its spacious and luxurious interior, it's clear that this car was built with both style and comfort in mind. The XC90 handled beautifully on the road, with a smooth and responsive ride that made for a truly enjoyable driving experience.

My colleague booked two vans in the form of a long-wheel based and a Luton van a week in advance and then was told on the day on pick-up first thing in the morning that they didn't have them available. They then had to drive to Southport (1 hour away) to retrieve a Luton

We had a pleasant and seamless experience renting a car for a week, and were even offered a ride back to our hotel after returning the vehicle which was much appreciated!

Almost £70 taken out of my bank account without warning. Manager answered the phone then palmed me off with another employee telling me they were trying to find out what I had been charged for. When I asked to speak to the Manager I was informed he had just popped out and could ring me tomorrow. The refund would take up to 3 days." Disgusting customer service.3 emails later to head office still no response or attempt to resolve the issue despite the reply below."

Went to hire a car I had no problem at all ,the young man behind the desk his name Cosby Takyi was very helpful and friendly will have no problem using them again the next time

THE BEST!!! Everyone who works at this location was TOP NOTCH, VERY professional, extremely KIND, and just went ABOVE AND BEYOND in every way!! We were visiting in August for an international sports event and only had a day to site see. The manager, Louis, took great care to make sure we had a great experience and helped us navigate the crazy British roads (I am from the US and completely unaccustomed to driving on the wrong side of the road...:) ). This office should be a training location for all of Enterprise as they are a model example of how to do the job! Hats off to all at this location and thank you for being so great! This is the first time I have ever written a review but I just had to tell the story and commend this staff!! Thank you so much!!!

very helpful lady in the reception. Although our problem could not be solved due to the cancellation of the train. (No available cars anymore) They still have tried their best to help us. ( calling garages, searching for other available cars etc) I would really appreciate her for helping us.
