Amazing - been renting through Lisa’s Homes for 2 years now. Recently our garage door decided it wouldn’t like to open anymore - reported it to Lisa’s Homes and they got someone out the next day who got it fixed within 10 minutes of getting here!Really easy systems to report problems and a great set of people working in the office.

Stay away. Lisas homes has left me and my partner feeling uncomfortable with expressing our concerns. We are stuck in a 12 month tenancy with a company that has made us feel like we do not want to be here.I will be elaborating on my experience with Lisa's Homes over the coming days but I didn't want to delay on warning others to stay away from this company.They are aggressive, have clear trust issues when we are trying to voice maintenence issues and have no consideration for health and safety.My partner is pregnant and we have an urgent matter which needs attending to. She almost had a fall the other day due to this and they have just cancelled the job looking beyond whst we have discussed, including the unrealistic alternative we were given to access our garden.There's so much I need to explain but I'll leave it at this for now. Lisa's Homes do not want to hear about your concerns. They get defensive and make out you are not being honest. Yesterday I was being shouted at and being told to stop speaking on the phone.Will add more soon but this company really is one to avoid unfortunately.

I have been using Lisa for a number of years now. In this duration I have always found her to be very professional and extremely reliable in everything she does. Not only Lisa but her whole team have been fantastic. I would recommend Lisa Homes to anyone who is wishing to rent there property and wants to have the comfort in knowing there property’s are being well looked after.

Right where do I start, this abomination of a company beggars belief .There is certain individuals with serious health issues live in these properties. I can fully appreciate their own flats are their own responsibility to a point . But as there letting agent you have a health and safety responsibility and dutie of care which you are not fulfilling can you please explain why you are not complying with that ie the stairwells banisters have never at no point been cleaned,as you should be aware hygiene is a massive issue in this current climate, there is no working television, aerial , trip hazards at the front doors and all the way though the hall ways , due rubbish that is meant to be cleaned I have spoken to the tenants and they are absolutely disgusted about the whole situation, I just wondered if you run your company with total apathy and contempt to your tenants, or is it just about money and not the well being of your tenants

Been renting for 10 years now, had multiple problems with the property, some fixed quickly, other either ignored, cancelled or just down right forgotten about. Recently my landlord is wishing to remortgage and lisas homes have had to actually get the work done that has been ignored (things like getting my internal stop tap replaced which was mentioned several years ago, the leak from the bathroom which causes a problem in the ceiling of the kitchen, also meantimes several years ago). Now the work is done Lisa’s homes is trying to tell me I am liable for some of the charges for this work. I have always paid my rent on time or even early and Lisa has decided that my rent money will be used to pay the charges.DO NOT USE as they do not care about you as tenants or about the properties themselves and will charge you for work they themselves are liable for.Landlord and tenancy act 1985 section 11 Lisa when you read this review, look it up and read it.
