I went to see Charlie for a bike fit. I was really impressed by his thoroughness and attention to detail; no stone was left unturned, and he made sure I understood every change he proposed. He sent through the report (highly detailed) in double quick time, and communication was excellent throughout the process. Highly recommended, and given I was there almost 4 hours (a result of the attention to detail mentioned earlier), good value as well.

I went to Paradigm cycle for a bike fit. It was fairly local and had some positive views. I was not disappointed. Charlie went through each process in detail and explained everything to me.The bike has been transformed around me and i feel more confident in using cleats.The customer service was amazing. I would go back for any bike job and hopefully one day, a custom built bike.

I've known Charlie for a while, and known he is good on a bike and mechanically minded too. His rebuild on my bike is nothing short of magical and has blown my expectations out of the water. Incredible attention to detail (I mean to new heights!) and very helpful all along the way. He has transformed my bike. Thank you!If you don't take him up on his services then more the fool you.

Since I started road cycling around 4 years ago, I've had a couple of bike fits from different people giving different results, and I always came away feeling something still wasn't right. I did some research online and came across Charlie @ paradigm cycles, so I got myself booked in for his road bike fit...Well, what a good decision that was! The fit was extremely detailed, and Charlie clearly explained the reason for each measurement/change at every point. He went above and well beyond what I expected, including helping with me with off bike stretches/exercises and on bike nutrition, which I've also been struggling with (especially on long rides). My initial ride at the weekend felt so much more comfortable, and I now seem to be able to apply and sustain more power, which is what I knew was missing on previous fits.His attitude to customer service is first class, and I will only go back to him in the future.

I visited Charlie last year to discuss a custom Ti build after me chopping and changing bikes every few years for the last 20 years.After a comprehensive fit on my existing ride and selecting the components, Charlie did the work for the titanium geometry and a few months later I collected it.After 2000km I thought it was time to leave a review.Even though it's built with top end components, it really is better than the sum of its parts. They all come together to give me the most comfortable, enjoyable ride I've had.I lent towards a more relaxed position, somewhere between my Orbea Aero and Trek Domane and it works perfectly. Quick and sublimely smooth, my legs are the only obstacle to never stopping.Thanks Charlie! And also...my chain snapped after 1000km, it happens, a rare faulty one I think, but Charlie sent another, no questions. Great post purchase service. Thoroughly recommended. I may have to get another at some point, if only to keep this one company.

Very professional bike fit. Charlie took the time to explain the process as he went through the fitting and any changes made. I felt totally comfortable with the whole fitting and by the end was very happy with the result. A great investment in cycling for a very competitive price. Would totally recommend. Thanks Charlie.

Charlie recently carried out a bike fit for me.He's tweaked my bike set up and given some great advice which has already got rid of a couple of niggles I've had for years.Great service and very knowledgeable.Thoroughly recommended!

Charlie fitted me to my road bike and it's been so good that I also got him to fit me to my TT bike. He also did a good job on servicing the TT bike at the same time. For everything I like how he's takes time to explain everything so you get the most out of his services.
