Lok’nStore has been extremely cooperative and prompt with their service. They offered to collect and store my items even before my arrival into the UK. They showed a lot of flexibility in the initial paper work as well as everything was completed on remote for me. Iain, especially has been very responsive and cooperative all throughout. The facility itself is extremely clean and well-kept in addition to the economic services offered.

Good place to storage belongings. I'm a student and storage my things during summer vacation. The staff is patient and nice to explain all the things to me, it's really nice. Also, the unit is clean for my things, it hardly to find the dust in the unit. All the facilities looks clean and safe. But it is really busy when the vacation is approaching, I and my friends just want the smallest unit initially, but when we came they all full. So if you're a student or someone want vacation storage, just make sure book it as early as possible, it helps to save lots of money!

I think the best place to store your stuff here well organised, very clean and tidy. Provide some cleaning stuff for trolleys!!! I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up to the admin and the whole management system!

Excellent telephone manor, brilliant services. Definitely the best venue we have spoken to and by far the kindest and not pushy in the slightest. Staff are very friendly and informative. Especially Ashley and Ian great members of the team!

Great price for great service.Very impressed with Lock’n store Leicester. Smart, clean and professional. Ian was very helpful and answered all my questions before I went ahead with the storage. I felt no pressure to purchase and I was also shown around the unit and fully informed on arrival.10 out of 10 would use again!

Very professional, helpful, and accommodating staff. Easy to check in, and a very clean store. Lee checked me in and was unbelievably helpful, and even let us stay a little late to finish off unpacking!However, there is not as much price negotiation as other storage providers, but still pretty competitive!
