Quite expensive, and over the past few months the staff have become more rude, unhelpful and extremely surly! I won't shop there if certain staff are on duty.

I generally like this store, it's so convenient and the staff are always pleasant, however, I went in today around the same time as the kids from the local school went in. I felt quite alarmed that ALL of the kids weren't wearing face coverings! Why? Are they all exempt? My two sons go to a different local school and already have had 2 separate positive covid cases so it's obviously still being passed around so why aren't they being challenged? Why are they allowed to enter the store without face coverings?

Great new place, very clean and spacious. Well stocked and reasonably priced. Staff could be a bit more friendly but it's new, hopefully they'll get into it.

Clean and friendly local co-op. We use it more than our nearest co-op (Western boulevard) as there are better staff (friendlier, happy) and better customers too....As with all co-ops, prices tend to be higher than elsewhere, but it is open long hours for convenience. Has a free to use cash machine too.

The store was easy to navigate and self service fast. The only issue for me was limited parking. Great stop on the way to Wollaton park.

Polite, friendly staff. Pricing reflects convenience factor. Car park is shared with The Wollaton pub so can be busy sometimes. Has safe, secure ATM inside.Full self checkouts with friendly assistance if needed.

Very handy! Good stock. Staff are helpful, despite having to work long hours. A nice-sized store which is compact yet manages to have everything you need.

Rude member of staff refused to serve me because I had no ID, I’m almost 50! He was in a mood because I asked him to serve me as there was no one on the till. I don’t usually need to have anything to do with the staff but the self checkout needed a staff member to authorise my purchase and for the second time running in a week no one was going to bother to assist me and was left standing there for quite a while, so I did what anyone else would do and I asked for help. Just a terrible attitude and deliberately unhelpful because he couldn’t be bothered to do his job!

used this shop 7/8/21 at 8oclock in morning.asked staff 3 questions about stock and got told 3 times not sure probally later.one woman ignored me because she was doing the papersi had to ask to get checked outdiabolical rude staffnot just me felt this,one chap left his bread in basket and walked outNEVER AGAIN
