Started doing their morning class with Naomi, which includes food diary, bespike exercises depending on goals, advice on nutritian and achieving goals. This is 2 mornings a week for a 6 week rolling programme, designed to fit in before work. Fantasic, knowledgeable instructor, great gym and range of equipment. Highlyrecommended
