All your major high street retailers to many to mention also the food court second level everything from a jacket potato to a restaurant meal every fast food outlet all under one roof very clean and tidy and heated great for when it's cold or raining. fantastic for the disabled sporting lifts and esculators to all levels a visual presence of security to lend a hand and plenty of secure parking

A good shopping area many private and national chain stores, banks, many restaurants cafes open areas, lots of parking but not free, except on Sundays and most of these still still open anyway. Escalators and lifts provide access to it's 6 or 7 levels. There's a food court and toilet facilities on the same level. They're not disabled myself, I judge the area to be wheelchair friendly

Good stores and excellent food terrace, bus and train stations next to Eastgate, Live acts and performances nearly every week, Can it get any better!!

Decent shopping centre. Parking spots in the multi story are nice and big. But the wait for the lift (unless you go to the top floor) can be a pain if you have a buggy.Best to get the escalator. With a buggy? Ride it like a skateboard down!

East gate shopping centre is very good for general shopping. The car park is accessible and easy to use, and fairly cheap.The shopping centre has several cafes and restaurants and is host to a very large AsdaIt's all under cover and has four floors, only two of which have the main shops.Nice place to visit and you will find all the usual High Street type shops there.Support your local shops - or lose them!

A modern looking, clean shopping mall. It is not so big that you get lost, but big enough to have many of the desirable stores. Parking is easy and reasonably priced. It is very close to the train and bus stations, and has a huge supermarket at one end. The food court has a reasonable selection, so I sometimes invent reasons to go to town" on a Saturday around midday."

Busy, but manageable even so close to Christmas. It is really good for me, because I have problems with mobility and although there are different levels they can be accessed by escalator, lifts or for able bodied people stairs and everything is under one roof from food shopping to clothes shopping.

Be very careful I went today to birmingham shop or should say shoe box in back of another retailer totally waste of time going got very little in shop I ask for some shorts to be told they not got any in stock definitely won't be bother returning and signage to find Store another waste time if your owner of this business sort staff and Store out

Actually came here for a taco bell but wasn't impressed with it.Some escalators were out of order and it wasn't immediately obvious where places were. I was in a rush so probably the best candidate for a how well laid out and sign posted is this place" test.There is a good selection of shops."
