Visited the site and found it to be well laid out, with Steve the owner friendly and informative.If you looking for a large formal community then Westbrook is probably not for you, but if you are looking for a more personnel place to live, then worth a visit

A lovely place to live ,We have been here for almost two years now and every day feels like a holiday.Steve and Jayne the owners are very welcoming,and are only too happy to help out.A very friendly community , and we wouldn't like to live anywhere else.
