What a rubbish customer service! If you're a female you would barely going to be acknowledged there, because every member of staff seems to be very busy chit chatting with the local dealers. Zero respect to the customer and they just send you from one side to another at the store.

One of the worst stores in my opinion. Would give it minus 5 stars if possible.Front of service stack lack basic customer skills.Had a online order that I was misold due to incorrect description, spoke to online customer services who said pop in to the store and the return will be accepted.Went in to store to carry this out, conveniently there return processing system was not working, however there payment system seemed to be working fine.Something doesn’t add up here. I’m assuming that since I didn’t purchase this from the store, they don’t want to be lumbered with online return orders.Equally what made me suspect the above, about a year ago I had a online order return to do and was given the same response.What a coincidence.Spoke to management who showed a lacklustre and half hearted response, barely making an effort to help or resolve this, clearly while i expressed my dissatisfaction in the service.Going by others feedback i agree that the staff look like they really can’t be asked to be at work. It’s almost like it’s forced they have to turn up, no smiles or acknowledgment.For such a large establishment, management should be ashamed running this.I won’t be spending my money at this store,Highly not recommended.Press like to show your support.

Worst customer service. Never come to the after 7 or near to closing time. No will attend you. We came to buy TV directly. The staffs kept avoiding us and everyone passing told someone else will attend it. They continued it till 7.45pm. So we ordered one online expecting to collect it same day. Didn't get email confirmation before 8pm and the store is closed. Never expected this from such a reputed brand. Cancelled the order.

Big store with large selection of goods. Having been to this store a few time have found customer service / support fairly hit and miss depending on the staff member. Good support once served by knowledgeable staff member

I received excellent customer service initially from Hitesh when I was making my enquiries regarding the purchase of an oven and hob. I revisited a week later and was attended to by Bronek whose customer service and knowledge were first class. My delivery and installation took place the following day, and once again I received excellent service from Marius and his assistant. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and the service received. Thank you so much to all.

A large store and it's well stocked. The staff are generally helpful but there is a wide gap between those who want to help and those who feel it's just a job. Unfortunately it's quite noticeable in this stores staff, which is disappointing. The manager is very helpful. Car parking is free and disabled parking is well accessible. It can get busy at sale times.

Staff is very helpful but they can’t resolve my problem as I purchased online and I brought item for return in store and buy new one . Staff was happy to help to buy new but they told me to return item via online too.

Wrost customer service.. At collection point a old man stands like Manager. When I'm asking questions he's going somewhere without listening my words. How rudee..! I never ever visit that store again. Currys management have train this store people. So many customers disappointed when I'm there.

I don’t even know what to say, there are more staff than customer but still you can’t get hold of anyone. I spent 15 for waiting for someone after a guy told me that he is looking for someone to help me ended up the one to help me (by his manager’s order). Then I spent 40 minutes more for them to look for them in the system but ended up not finding me, although I am a regular customer paying monthly bill.Horrible experience.Edit:After a week of patience after trying to find ways to contact someone from online, I finally decided to go to the store again, matter of fact the staff (not the manager) was able to assist me in two minute.Same issue that the manager on last monday was not able to help.Horrible horrible customer service and incompetent people.
