The pizza and chicken wings were lovely. Unfortunately the delivery driver was extremely rude. Where I live is not the easiest place to find but every other takeaway driver from other companies have found it. He had a go at me for living where I do and said he doesn't get paid enough for this and blamed me for this. At this point I had to tell him it's not my fault. He even had to get someone else to show him the way here and when I did try to explain the directions to him when he called he said 'no listen to me' quite a few times and wouldn't listen to me. Plus (probably not a bad thing in the end) I ordered one pizza and wings but somehow ended up with two pizzas.

Very yummy and tasty food, good size of portions. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Figo and Ismail. I hugely recommend their Kebab with salad and other food they are making. All is truly amazing !!!!!

The food was precisely what you would expect from a fast food place of this type. They didn't have any pizza when we arrived which was disappointing and the owner wasn't very polite which was disappointing.The portions were very good and the rest of the staff were nice.

One of worst takeaways i have been too.orderd burger and chips .no sauce no salad .disapointed .full of salt.chicken hard and taste awful not like real chicken.chips salty .take a look at that picture .absoulote shambles 8 pound for nothing .should be shut.wouldnt recomend going too.

Don't get ripped off. Twice in 5 minutes they tried to over charge by at least £4. First time to another customer...and then to me. I think the guys maths is honestly bad. Just stay well away.

Normally when we order from here we have no problems, but today was a disaster. First of all we have to wait over 2 hours for our food then when it did turn up they forgot to put the chips in with the Scampi & CHIPS we ordered...... Don't know how as that is in the name of the meal I ordered...... Not only that when my partner called them up to say this they were very rude and did not seem to care at all..... All they had to say was they could get chips to us in 50 minutes, but there was no way we were waiting that long after the 2 hour wait to get the 'order' the person on the other end of the phone just hung up....... Absolutely horrible service and will definitely think twice before ordering from here again

I had to give this 1 star as it wouldn't let me give a review without a star. The donner meat was undercooked so I went back into the shop and asked for a new one and then he started getting aggressive towards me cause the food wasn't undercooked saying that it was cooked properly but even tho it wasn't. This is the worst customer service I've seen in my whole life and I'm a waiter so I know what's good customer service is and what isn't.

Yesterday I ordered a beer kebab in a wrap first time from this place. I got a kebab in a bun from a hamburger. The meat was old, dry, probably leftovers from the day before. The tomatoes in the salad were also not fresh. The worst thing, however, was that after eating half a kebab I found a short hair. It was disgusting I couldn't swallow anything anymore. I do not recommend this place to anyone if they want food with no surprises in their order.

In all honesty one of the worst kebabs we’ve had in a while. The kebab was clearly cut a good while before we bought it and then re-heated as in fact it was served pretty much cold and didn’t look fresh (can tell what a fresh kebab looks like). Paid over £8 for a large kebab which isn’t cheap, I get Poole is a tourist place but if you’re the only kebab place in the area at least make some effort. The chips and garlic sauce were nice although the sauce was more comparable to tzatziki
