Easy to get to, wheelchair accessibility, plenty of parking, clean and tidy, plenty of stock, if they havnt got it they can get it for you, really get bunch of guys there

Popped into Arco today with a pair of faulty safety boots which in all the years I've been working it's the first time I've returned anything.The service was as always second to none and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I’ve avoided Arco for many years as I’m not generally a fan of huge, faceless organisations and prefer to use smaller businesses. However, I’ve recently had a rethink as the manager of the Cardiff branch has proven himself to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to keep his customers satisfied. If more of their staff had similar attitudes then negative reviews would be a thing of the past...
