I've visited this service several times and that's why I'm sorry that I have to say enough this time! My husband is a non-smoker and there was cigarette smoke in his new mercedes when he picked up the car! After the MOT, the plastic was slightly scratched, but they didn’t admit it was them, the repair was at his expense. This time I brought my car for MOT and the car was returned to me with a cracked and scratched rear bumper! Am very honest person and would never lie.

Upon first site this garage looks like a backstreet scrap yard it doesn't look much. Fortunatly looks are deceiving because this place is the best garage bar a few in Bradford. Honest family run business where you always know where you stand and have the guys have understanding for the problems with motor vehicles

We used this service for years, they were not bad but many things they couldn’t do themselves so sent you to different garage, previous mot they were smoking in my car, and last service they scratch the plastic edges and didn’t admit it saying it wasn’t them but I have checked my car before brought them now have to repair myself and I’ll never turn up there again

I can’t say how many times they sorted out my cars quick and affordable.I’ve been using New Line Garage for over 5 years now and I wouldn’t trust my cars with anyone else.It’s so hard to find a good mechanic you can trust but I can assure you that you need not look no further!!!!100 stars, not 5!

Used this garage for many years and family have before that. Peter and Lance are completely honest with all the work they do and are incredibly helpful. Fully recommend if you want good value for money work and total transparency and honesty, sadly a rare thing in this trade. They are incredibly busy with many repeat customers which is also a great testiment to the service they offer.
