Croma Locksmiths - Basingstoke

I don't usually write reviews, but as Dominic was so helpful and obliging on Friday I thought I would put pen to paper.The door handle had fallen off the back door, although it could still be locked. I made the appointment over the phone and I think Dominic thought he was just coming along to give a price. He arrived on time, gave me the quote and when I asked if there was any chance he could do the repair the same day, he was very obliging. He went back to the office to get the parts and returned and fitted them in no time at all. He was extremely polite and professional throughout, and as I say, I was most grateful that he managed to do the repair there and then.I would recommend this company, and especially Dominic. He was very knowledgeable in explaining and demonstrating the issue and advising how it could be repaired. Dominic, is truly a star.I am definitely a satisfied customer.

So pleased to have found this lovely gem of a place tucked away at the top of town. I had been let down twice by a well known key cutting provider and was desperate for a replacement key. The service provided by the lady at Croma was exemplary, she was welcoming, friendly and her knowledge of the industry was amazing. Very reasonable prices. I throughly recommend Croma. Robbie and Naomi were so helpful in providing a quote and booking us in, and Dominic changed the lock in super quick time and came back to deliver additional keys which was above and beyond. Brilliant service and I'll definitely be using them again.

Brilliant service every time and they are always keen to offer there help and advise. If they havnt got anything they will try there best to get it as soon as possible.

We had a gentleman come by and fix our office doors yesterday, he was fantastic. After our doors being replaced twice, fixed countless times by other contractors and still not being safe/secure or work correctly, they are finally secured and fully functioning! Thanks again.

I’ve been using this shop for years and I have always received fantastic service. All staff have always been so helpful and knowledgeable, especially Naomi who has always gone that extra mile and done her best to answer my clueless questions with a calm and patient manner. Amazing service. Let down by Timpson's visited these guys, they were quick, friendly, efficient, and handed me back a perfectly working key. They also straightened up my old key for me for free!Will be my default from now on.Thanks guys :)
