I'd just like to drop a message here saying thanks so much for a cracking service from both Marcello and Scott for the service we received picking up our new Fiat 500e the other week. They were both excellent in their attention and went out of their way to make the whole process as trouble free as possible. Well done to everyone in the dealership.

Really helpful branch. Gabriela at the service desk was so helpful during a recent visit. Car sorted out quickly and without issues. Will use these guys again both for purchasing a new car and for future servicing and repairs. Very easy parking here compared to other branches I’ve used.

Paul was an excellent help keeping me up to date with the lead up to purchasing my car, his colleague Jack also assisted and was also a great help. During the transaction Paul was on leave so Robbie stepped in and made the purchase smooth and easy. Great team on guys, would highly recommend.

Sadly, I was let down first time ever by Arnold Clark Paisley. Going to them for over 30 years. Always go to Arnold Clark branches and convenient to go to Paisley ..... always a good job and staff helpful. Not so this time. I tried to book my MOT and service but it was a wait time of over 3 weeks. Unfortunately, my family circumstances meant I couldn't give more notice and my MOT was due before they would fit me in. I understand that things can happen but at no time on the call was I made to feel I mattered to them as a customer and they did not at any time say.... Let me see what I can do for you. I have since gone to an accommodating local, independent garage (recommended to me by a family member) and this is who I shall use in the future. Also, when I change my car in the future, I shall not be considering Arnold Clark who I have always said .... I trust Arnold Clark and didn't need to go anywhere else. Very Disappointed.

The salesman, Marcello, was very polite, friendly, helpful, and called us back quickly when we had any questions. He gave updates of progress to pick up new car. Scott, who took my wife for a test drive, was excellent too. He was very patient and helpful with a very nervous wife who had never driven an automatic or electric vehicle before, so he was brave too!!! When she picked up the car, Jason took all the final details and took my wife through all the various tech in the car. He was also very polite, friendly, helpful, and took his time explaining everything. Overall, a 5 star service from these guys at Arnold Clark and we would highly recommend them. This was my wife's 3rd Fiat 500 bought from that branch, the EV being the best by far!!

Highly recommend visiting this garage for your new car. I was helped by Marcello to purchase mine and he was very knowledgeable, efficient and very down to earth. He kept in touch the entire process keeping me updated and even called afterwards to check everything was OK and that I was happy with the car.
