Very genuine service. Peace of mind that they will let know how whether or not a job is necessary, so won't nudge you to pay for unnecessary work.I got my wheels trued here. Very good job. Bike felt so much smoother after. Will be taking my bike for inspection and servicing here when due.

Best bike repair shop in East London! I purchased a second-hand bike at the shop a year and a half ago which came fully serviced and even now still rides likes a new bike. They also work with a charity and share the profits with people in need. A great place with great people for quick minor repairs or bigger ones. Fully recommend!

East End Cycles are brilliant. I’ve been back to them multiple times for full services to quick fixes on both road and gravel bikes. They are always friendly, turnaround jobs really fast (often same day), and the quality of the work is great. I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent bike shop! I've been here 4 times for bike repairs over the years and you always get top quality service, quick and efficient. All their replacement parts are of a high standard and last long. I would definitely recommend visiting.

Excellent and fast service with honest and straightforward advice. Bike was fixed after one day. Could pay with card which is not the case in some other bike shops around and makes it much more convenient. I’d definitely recommend this spot for all east Enders!
