Bay to Ridge

All good, swift delivery.Great cap.... Albeit expensive, but that's Starboard for you.Recommended

Unfortunately I have very bad experience with Bay to Ridge so i wouldnt recommend it. On 4th October i have ordered 2 kites bags with delivery between 6-10th Oct, however i never received anything from Bay to Ridge even though i have been charged for the bags and delivery cost. I have sent many emails and called many times( they said nothing to do with us and dropped the call), as well as speaking to the chat bots, however extremely limited response from the shop. I am now reporting this transaction as a fraud and asking for refund via credit card. It is such a shame that Bay to Ridge choose to behave in such a manner as this issue could be easily fixed.

Really happy with the Garmen instinct 2 solar watch, it was delivered the next day (Saturday) even though it was standard delivery

I had some issues with discount codes and shipping charges, but customer services were incredibly helpful and very quick to reply to my emails. Delivery was prompt and I'd use Bay to Ridge again

Received my pair of front seat protectors very quickly and they were a perfect fit on my Kia venga the covers look and feel very well made can't fault the service I received

I haven't received it, and you haven't replied to my emails asking about where it is. I would suggest that nobody buys anything from you. I'm so disappointed. Please tell me when my surfboard will arrive.

Messaged several times regarding issues, yet to receive a response. I do see however that they like to respond to negative reviews so I'd be amused if they have the brass neck to do so here.Surprised to see reviews claiming customer service was excellent, guessing those are paid reviews.Ordered a board which was blue in photos. Received a white board, on checking website it did not state colour so just a dirty marketing ploy.Will not use again. Would not recommend

Whilst handing over significant treasure and spending my families inheritance in support of feeding my kiting habit is not always the best way to stay on the right side of the 'happy wife-happy life' mantra, if you have to spend aforementioned treasure on something you want but probably don't unequivocally need, these fine fellows are the people to help you do it.Whilst my foil turned up incomplete (fault never determined), their efforts to address and 'own the issue' is appreciated and a jolly good reason to use this outlet vice any other.My missing mast and mast head was subsequently sourced, sent and tracked. Even a ferral bolt was replaced in support of my assured smiles. Just need some wind, a tonne of brave pills and some luck and I'll be as cool as the knarly doods on YouTube.Seriously though. If spending serious cash. It's reassuring to know you'll be looked after.

Purchased Tahe 7 foot egg surfboard. Easy to order and quick delivery. Will be using the board next week…. But quality looks good.
