I've been a customer of YouFibre for a year now. I admit I was a little sceptical at first, I signed up from an unsolicited knock on the door. A deal that sounded too good to be true. Did a little research and thought I'd give it ago. Called to confirm installation date, managed to move the date to the next day. I don't regret it at all. I've never lost a day of service or had a poor speed.I've had ONE problem, weak WiFi in one of the rooms. I called up, spoke to a real person. The following day an engineer dropped off an extender asked if I was ok to set it up, if not they could.I cannot recommend enough. If they offer you the same deal I had 1gb up and down £25 a month, bite their hand off!

Great service from start to finish. A workman knocked at the door to advise he & a colleague would be doing the outside work, putting up a new cable, and Josh would be with me in about an hour to do the inside but. 10 minutes later Josh arrived & got on with the inside install, explaining everything as he worked. After i downloaded the eero app, he showed me how to do stuff on there & left me with fantastic download & upload speeds, much better than my previous provider, for less money. Well pleased!

Easy to deal with. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best prices around and great speeds. Plus they always have great deals, and have good referral offers. I also moved home recently and they made the move easy and had my internet up and running the next day! Wouldn’t use anyone else now.

Hello there….Today I had a lovely and knowledgeable man out to my address who checked my whole system .He found the problem pretty quickly and worked tirelessly to rectify the fault.His name was Mathew and was a credit to your company, why can’t we all have good and consciences workers like him.I would love to recommend him for something like employee of the month or have the management acknowledge his commitment to the job, please praise this gentleman and hang on to him within your company,Well done and keep up the good work.A very pleasing visit from a very happy customer, indeed !YoursSteve H

Booked appointment for installation engineer to setup broadband in new home - earliest time being two weeks at the time of booking. Several emails throughout confirming that scheduled date was to go ahead at this time/date and booked half day from work - only for the engineer not to turn up!Rang customer services only to tell me that the appointment was cancelled without a known reason - and the re-schedule date would be an additional 3 weeks- all throughout this time with no broadband!Not great service and would avoid!

Do not use YouFibre. Empty promises and they will not communicate with you.I had saw the cheap prices and thought it was a no brainer to join them. Was given an install date, everything seemed great.Came to the install, the engineers were unable to install the line and told me they'd be back within 15 days. 20 days passed with no communication so I called them up and was advised they'd be back within 10 days to resolve the issue.10 days passed and still nothing. Contacted them and was told the install would happen in 2 months time... I then said to cancel it all at the point as we needed an internet connection before then.They then turned up unannounced and said they were there to fit out new line. Then said it was still blocked and left... Whilst breaking out OpenReach fibre in the process and said they're unable to fix it and to contact BT.They will over promise and deliver nothing. Whilst their customer service department is friendly and polite they do nothing to actually help a customer which they negatively impacted.I'd rate them 0.25 stars if given the opportunity. Avoid at all costs as they are not in the business of customer satisfaction.

For a relatively unknown company they have put the big boys to shame! The appointments to install and set up were met, the engineers were quick and knowledgeable. And the speeds are fantastic! The product is well worth the money (BT couldn’t provide anything anywhere near in speed for price) and the app to control the router is brilliant. Easy to use and keeps you informed. Have recommended to everyone!

A totally incompetent and untrustworthy company.After ordering confirmed installation date in 14 days. Within a week email that installation on date was not possible. New date agreed. Then 3 emails reminding me to install on the original, cancelled date.After phone call twice verified that it was a mistake, new date applies (I also have the email/chat conversation).Three days before installation, email again notifying me of installation on original cancelled date. Today 3 phone calls, 2x chat, installation is supposed to be on the cancelled date. Total confusion and not professionalism. Absolutely tragic customer service and not professionalism when requesting a business connection for £180 per month. This company cannot be trusted. Totally unsuitable for any kind of cooperation if you demand reliability.

A+ Company.I have been with them for over a year now and I have to say they have been brilliant. Always there to answer any questions I had. I also appreciated the communications they sent out letting me know if there is any overnight work to take place.The performance and reliability of the network and the high-end equipment they supply make for the best ISP experience.Another big positive is the staff. Everyone I have spoken to has been most helpful.
