Terrible quality of service for what you're paying. Staff does not care about the house shortcomings and building not completed on time, no heating service, no internet, faulty items. Absolutely unsatisfactory and unacceptable.

Really lovely accommodation for students, management is great. The building is always kept clean and well maintained. There is great a communication from the building management if there is anything happening concerning the building. Plenty of facilities including a large recreational room and access to a gym. Even nice little touches like Christmas decorations in main lobby at Christmas. The security is great and will definitely be rebooking.

I’ve been in a teniant for around a three months and I was comfortable at Aspire. The laundry it’s included and that’s very useful. The whole building seems cleaned and well kept.
