Visited the gym and pool. Was greeted by Tracy on reception who was very helpful and professional. Also Oliver on pool was helpful at answering questions I had about facilities. Will be visiting again soon.

Lovely pool and spa area, gym is good and great variety of classes, staff are always friendly and helpful especially Carolyn on reception and memberships, always freindly and helpful.

Although it is a very good and promising gym, I have to admit that the building and facilities have been neglected. The ool needs proper cleaning (most of the times you can see items" on the bottom). The walls need refreshing paint as they are starting to peel off. The parking street has too many holes and needs fixing.The staff in the pool tries to maintain a clean environment

Used to be good years ago but all the facilities and equipment are dirty or broken and they have the nerve to raise prices of membership. Don't know about the ladies but the men's lockers are full of questionable blokes talking about drugs. Just gone really down hill. Oh and if you try and cancel you pay for another 3 months £160 to leave.

Recently joined. It's reasonably priced gym with adequate equipment and pool. It does look like it could do with an upgrade, refurbishment and lick of paint.
